Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
I ran on the treadmill for 4 miles then out on the outdoor track on top of the ship. The treadmill is rough, but even more rough when you can see the water moving out the window below.
4 miles on the treadmill, brought music this time. I lifted weights after. I bet I lost a gallon of sweat on the treadmill today between it being so hot in the gym and the 90% humidity!
