No run again.  I want to make sure I kick this thing before it gets worse.  Tomorrow should be my first day with my track kids, so that will be fun.  Today I just gave them a workout and sent them on their way.  I hate to be that kind of coach but I am still feeling the after affects from this flu thing.

Hope you get to feeling better, are you planning on running the 15k on sat?

Hope you feel better soon. Didn't know you were sick.

James, can't wait to read your report on the coach schooling the kids on running. Getting feeling better, maybe see you for the 15K.

Josse- Maybe, it depends how I feel.

Jon- I didn't want to spoil the weekend, but I was pretty hammered. That is why I couldn't sled all day.

Brent- I hope to show a few kids that old coaches can still move! I hope to see you Saturday as well, I'll just have to see how the rest of the week pans out. However, I am not usually one to bag out on a race, even if I know that I might get skunked by BS. :)

It is always nice to jump into a workout and show the young kids a things or two. When I was going a few years ago I mainly paced our top girls, and my assistant coach a few years younger and in much better shape took the boys. However, I do remember jumping in on a few 400's and how surprised the boys were that I could hang with them. Of course I only did 1 or 2 and I was finished.
