AM- I had a horrible run this morning! I felt weak and tired, plus I could shake stomach cramps the whole run, and I was even trying to go slow today. I was glad to get this one in the books. My cough was better today. 7 miles 53:41

PM- A much better run this evening, mostly because I didn't have any stomach issues. I still felt tired and sluggish, but I will probably feel like that for a week or two just from trying to get back into things. I got an hour nap and then I ran into Highland to the Highland Classic church and back. It was very nice weather this time and I enjoyed the run much more. 5miles 35:38

Way to tough it out James. At least you got the miles in and can rest now. This is the same way I've felt the last few days. I took ColdMD last night and that seemed to help.

I hope you can get over this nasty stuff.

Are you coming to Logan this weekend?

From James on Thu, Mar 20, 2008 at 15:02:59

We are going to Willard for some Birthday and Easter celebrations, and I would like to head over to Logan and run with the boys.
