AM- I met Timo at 26.2 for a super easy run this morning. We had a good conversation, mostly about running of course. We di an easy loop around East AF, picked some paper work up at AF HS, and headed back to the store. I finished with 5x100 meter strides at the park across the street form my church. 8:20 pace overall.

PM- Went out about 5:00 pm so I could run when it was hot. I did a zig zag run on the East side of AF. I did my best to stay away from any king of hills and keep the pace nice and slow. 7:34 pace and 37:49 overall for the 5 miles. Sat in the our kiddy pool with Jaren when I got home. We had just filled it with hose water so it was nice and cold, like icing the legs. Felt good!

(Omni- 507 miles) (VFF- 6 miles)

Jon you don't give up do you?

James that picture doesn't look like you. Is that from the race on sat.?

From Jon on Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 14:17:08

Nope. Thanks for noticing :)

I agree that it doesn't look like you. I've thought that all week.

From James on Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 14:19:07

What do you mean it doesn't look like me? What do you think I llok like?

From josse on Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 14:20:44

I know me too. But most running pics. don't look like the person, unless you have a goofy smile and thumbs up. Then you definatly can tell who it is;)

James-it looks to short to be you. And I think the harsh shadow takes away from you dashing features.

From Jon on Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 14:27:49

James? "dashing features"? Puh-lease!

(Just kidding, James, but I couldn't pass it up)

From James on Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 14:37:41

Hey she was talking about you ,Jon, with the dorky smile and thumbs up!

Besides, Josse is a smart women that is good at picking out the guys with "dashing features".

Maybe I am just more buff than you thought I was and that is why it makes me look short.

From josse on Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 14:42:32

Oh is that what you call it...buff? What ever make you fell better James. You can pick out Jon in any picture with those lovely green shorts he wares.

James it is good to see you are running everyday know. Jon haven't you allready been doing that for a while?

From josse on Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 15:22:19

Oh ya good luck you two have fun and kick some bahooty!

From Jon on Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 15:32:44

What do you mean "running everyday for a while"?

Man, James, you are getting ripped on everywhere you turn today. Josse is nailing you!

From James on Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 15:35:17

No, she is saying that I am finally running more, you have been running for a while, and I could still take you.

From josse on Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 15:37:06

I think I smell a race. Can I be the timer?

From BC on Fri, Jun 20, 2008 at 00:39:11
