I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.
Ran the park trail this morning at 98th it was a little colder than I thought it would be, I should have layered.

Hmmm....and on my run it was a little hotter than I thought it would be. Okay, now it is 4:40 and I just realized that I needed to call you by 4:30 to go to spinning. I swear to you, I have no brain. I REALLY do want to try it. Maybe if I WRITE it on my calendar I will not forget!!! Are you going to go next Monday? I will write it down if you are.

Thats fine I figured you had ran into problems since a deer wrecked you vehicle. Anytime you want to go is fine I am always up for it. I always go on mon and wensedays
