I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

your BIL teaches spin? I would LOVE to do that, but I think my workouts would get too boring. Nice workout!!
