I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

Gotta love the spin! So impressed you're back at it...gives me hope that I can run again eventually too!!
Do you know how much the spin classes are there? Or if you can do just a one month pass?

I have a year pass which is like 40 a month for the family to all the rec centers, but I think 1 time is like $5. It is not so fun to run it hurts and is really hard but hoping that it will get better soon and also the time its hard to leave my baby long so on fridays he is upset when I get home and I started back to work today to add to the math. Wish I didnt have to do that one but...need insurance

I may have to check them out. SJ classes just didn't do much for me.
He's so upset, because Walter is trying to get him to run already and Boston doesn't like it! :) Tell Walter to give him a few years.
Sorry about work, it does stink! I'm REALLY grateful I get to do mine at home with my kids.
