Track Workout
Lehi track with Matt, Reed, Jeff, Chris and Chad.
3x1m (4:59, 5:00, 5:01) w/ 1 lap jogging rest (about 2:30)
Felt good today but the short recovery took its toll quickly. I wanted to do 4 but I'd had enough with 3. Reed ran the first 2 laps of the first one with me but the rest was solo. Matt did MP miles and made it look easy as always. Perfect weather.
