Matt and I braved the PRT alone today. 10 up, 10 down. Wanted to do some tempo miles but I wasn't sure how far I'd get. I made it 6. Splits: (5:24, 5:26, 5:27, 5:37, 5:28, 5:34).
Felt OK but definitely felt the race in the legs.
