Ran outside. Ran first half slower and sped up. Second half. 10:22, 9:46, 10:18, 10, 9:26, 9:25, 9:30, and 9:28. Wasn't too cold bout 3 degrees when i finished. I have been having hip. Soreness lately. Not sure what to do. No core workout today as I did one Monday and Tuesday. |
