Fitness center with Margaret. 6min warmup on elliptical. Hip stretches. Curls, lat pull downs, pull-ups, sit-ups, military press, knee raises, back extenders. Multiple stretches. Did 5 minutes on bike. Will be doing tuesdays at new fitness center at my school. Eventually we will add a treadmill to the center. Protein shake with milk and half bagel. Over 500 calories.
