Is the ankle swollen at all? Does it hurt just walking around or while running, and does the pain subside as you get warmed up on a run?

Hey Nevels, Yea its swollen a little at the lower part of the ankle. It hurts when I walk and when there is any incline. As far as running it seems to be a little better when I get warmed up.But as soon as I stop and start to walk the pain returns. It feels almost like a sprain but I havent????

I hope you have gotten back to running but haven't had time to blog about it. Hope your ankle has improved.
