This is my first blog so please be patient with me. Last night I went for a run at 9:30pm.The first mile was a warm up mile at a 8:50 pace. The next mile was at 7: 12 and the 3rd mile was at a 7:43 pace. The last was a cool down at 8:45.I like running at night when its hot but its starting to cool off and it feels great.

Welcome to the blog. I'm sure you're friends with the other Alabama boys already.

Good run. Running at night is fun, but I think I prefer the mornings. Here in Arizona, sometimes it's just too hot in the evening and it takes all night to cool off.

welcome to the blog! I think it's crazy you like running when it's hot, but good for you. I prefer running while it's cool because I get hot real fast!

Hey Camille, Thanks for the welcome!!

What I meant to say was that I run at night because its to hot in the day.

Congrats on your 5k race!!

oh... my bad. I think I read that wrong. I have to run in the morning because I also live in Arizona (like Burt) and it doesn't cool down when the sun goes down.

From Camille on Mon, Sep 29, 2008 at 21:37:00

and THANK YOU for the kudos!

Thanks Bert!! I have a few Al. friends that blog and quite a few that are runners. Does it ever cool off in Az?
