I finally got back out today. My left ankle was still sore (actually hurting) during the run. Both my ankles swelled after Delano but they looked fine two days later.I will be trying to get some speed back for the summer races (5k & 10k) in the next month or so.I tried to run fast a few times today and felt pretty good.

i think i'm in the transition towards the shorter races, too. it's just hard to find the fun long stuff around here in the summer months (and 5k's and 10k's are pretty fun every now and then, anyway...)

glad to hear you are recovering well.
