AM: Track in Safety Harbor. 5x1000 with 200 recoveries. Tried aiming for half-marathon pace for Sunday. Splits- 3:35, 3:33, 3:36, 3:33, 3:30. Then finished with 2x1000 with a pair of other runners at their pace. I feel ready for Sunday.
