Hey there Mike!!!!

70 lbs, are you serious???

Man Alive!!!

Nice job tough guy!!!

(Btw, I am interested in knowing how the FIRST program goes for you ... I was not a huge fan but know MANY who love it!)

Hi Teena! It was my first time trying it with that weight. It forced me to walk and walk slow. The guys in the unit go for 15 mile rucks with that much weight. I've got a long way to go. It's nice to have goals :)

As far as the FIRST program goes, I'm not doing it right. I added 17 miles this week over how much it called for. I'm afraid of gaining weight. I can't imagine doing the eliptical or stationary bike to make up the difference in my usual mileage. And they still don't have a pool here. I will let you know how the 3 workouts a week compare to the 1 workout a week I'm used to, though.
