I've given up on logging my sleep. Seems like it's pretty consistently between 6 and 7 hours. It's not enough, but at least now I know that I never get enough and that's probably why I'm tired. A nice 3 miler this morning. I'd still like to get my miles back to about 20 a week, but as the semester gets crazier I may have to settle for 15-20 (as the last few weeks have shown - actually the last few weeks have shown less than that, but I haven't been happy about it, so if I can at least hit something in the ballpark of 20 I'm willing to settle).
