| Had to cut the favorite run a little short so I could finish some homework, but I got most of it in. Ran three of the miles with rocks in my pockets (some really pretty pieces of quartz - I'm such a nerd). I'm counting it as resistance training :) along with my 1x10 routine.

| Not the miles I'd hoped for these last few weeks, but I'm at the point in the semester where anything at all is a great victory. I'm reducing my classes for next semester so I have a little more time for important things (like making dinner, and showering).
My goal for next week is to get in my old 3x10 strength workout three times and to get at least four runs in for at least 15 miles.

| Got in as much as I could while the girls were at ballet rehearsal. Achilles hurt the first mile (also acted up earlier in the week), subsided after about a mile. Typical right foot pain towards the end.
Happy that I met my modest mileage goal for the week. Now to get my strength training back....
