Running Accomplishments:

I've been running consistently for almost twenty years. I've done a couple of marathons. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

In 2016: At least 17 miles a week, 67 a month, 800 for the year

Sub 26:00 5K

Sub 55:00 10K

Sub 2:00 half (if I decide to do one this year :)

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run another marathon, maybe. Someday. If I feel like it.

Personal:

I love my husband and my four children and running lets me spend more time with them!

Had to get a quick one in between class and lessons. Glad I can get anything in at all on these 17 hour days. Legs feel tight and feet are sore. More sleep! Did manage a 3x12 weights workout this morning.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful run. I love my mid-week, mid-distance, mid-day run. A perfect time to let everything slide off me and sort through all the tangled webs in my brain. That being said, I'm pretty tight in the IT band region today. I missed yoga (and running) on Tuesday, and missed my workout today. I'd better straighten things out so I don't end up sidelined.
