I've been doing all kinds of visualizations, if I am feeling fresh and great, if I have sluggish periods, if I need to back off, if I feel like I felt at mile 24 in St G at mile 24 in PF Chang --like death 0 fight on, fight for every ten seconds I can. The air should be thick, my legs felt good today, so they should feel fresh for the race. Now just time to relax, sleep, eat right and relax (i know I said it twice, its for emphasis :) ). weight 121
