PT appt: 8 min e-stim, ultrasound, massage, then small workout: 5 min spin no resistance 6 min on the trap, alternating 30 sec easy, 30 sec 70-75% 30 lunges on total gym, straight, then one leg higher than other, 30 lunge touches 3 ways on each side. more e-stim, massage, taping hamstring to prevent full extension. Pain reemerged today, not as severe as Monday but perhaps that is just because I am on a course of IB. if Monday was 8, today got up to 6 or so. Enough to prevent range of motion, make me reluctant to pick stuff off the ground, uncomfortable doing the knee rocks on the bed but not highly painful so I did them. I started doing some more 30 lunge touches 3 ways, but felt strange with the pain so I stopped.
