Walked about 4 miles, then ran 1.1 (still can't find gps watch, so figured out distances per course tool). 9:37 ave pace for the run. Walked 7.4 total, for 8.5 miles altogether. While running, pain the same as yesterday, gradually getting worse during my run. I tried not to get upset about it. Pain 1-3 in SI area, also tightness in right calf, my right calf-to-ankle tendons are tight/sore. I knew my body might not be able to handle a lot of running, but c'mon!! I'm just running in the single digits/wk here. Sigh. Then I get on the scale and I'm a way lame 140.0 again (even after weighing myself a second time hoping for a lower number).
