Ran three miles? this morning early with my husband. He's faster than I am but because I am in a little better shape I think he really had to work to make it look like he was just a few paces ahead of me. But it also pushed me too, which is good. I don't have anything to record my speed and distance right now, but should have that all in place later this week. When I run alone I have set distances that I usually do but since my husband was along and I didn't do my usual route, I'm just averaging my didstance and no time today either. After following people on the blog the last couple of weeks, I finally have gotten the courage to give it a go. I have been really inspired by so many of you and hope by keeping track of my own runs that I will be able to see improvement and progress,so here goes! |
