May have to run elsewhere as its getting too Sandy here, but I dont like running on urban streets. Need to remember to put on insect repellant with west nile now being detected
Also hiked 6 miles Thursday - not sure how to count hiking miles
Had family yard sale Saturday, got up 5am worked until 9pm, in 100 degree heat,I think this should be counnted equivalent of a marathon run,it was exhasusting
