Ran on logging roads behind parents home near Montesano, Washington. Temps OK a little cool, low 40s but not raining. The road has a couple of killer hills. Nice  and forested, lots of green. Saw ravens, oregon juncos, steller blue jays and geese. Ran to Lake Slyvia with son

Nothing like a run thru WA State forests. Only bad times are when the hunters are out in force or when they're clear-cutting!

Yeah unfortunately they are getting ready to cut the trees here behind ny parents, they are putting in the "landings" for the logs now. Its a shame as its been a nice forested shady area but I realize it is private forest land. Nice weather for Washington in late November - usually its alot of hard cold rain at this time which can limit the running
