Im going to go into winter blogging mode and probably just blog off and on until spring. Not sure yet how much running Ill get in, but hope to do more than last year and somewhat on a regular basis. It will be effected somewhat by weather and daylight as I go to work when its dark and come home when its dark usually. Falcon (my son) will only be running until Nationals Dec 8 and then his running will also be more limited since he has basketball almost everyday - I got some of my running in during his running practices. Ill try to run some while he has basketball practices. Ive also got alot of demanding personal issues to take care of now too that is effecting me so that will limit my blogging. Probably wont be any races although we may try some of the Salt Lake Track Club and Striders winter races if there arent conflicts with sons basketball and maybe the beat the new year race if we want to face the cold. I plan on to keep running and become better just need more time for some other stuff so will limit blogging for awhile

Hey, Michael, keep in touch, always a little time to blog. Also, keep up all that conditioning you have gained if possible. I will miss your sense of humor. We signed up for the striders races, may see you there.
