ran 13 miles to the gym to do some weight lifting and strength training. Did some strength training and weight lifting for an hour. Then, did some speed work by running 3.1 miles between in a 7.7 to a 9.4 pace. Ran the 3.1 miles in 22.30 minutes. Afterwards, ran 4 miles back home. I did not get a lot of sleep last night because i got home too late from traveling and i was a little nervous about my work out today because of that. I am happy that I still had some energy and had a pretty good work out today. I am going to make sleep a priority for the rest of the week (and beyond of course:)) |
