I did about the same in this as in my last marathon.  I was really hoping for improvement so I am a little bummed out. Perhaps, the six weeks of running during training time bc of my injury affected my performance.  Anyway, trying to let it go and focus on starting new training in a month for marathon in six months...

i think you did very well. consistency is always better than regression. sometimes improvements take time. if you can stay healthy, i think your consistent high mileage training will bring you a breakthrough at the next one. take some time to recover. well done and good luck with your next training cycle.
