Today was the annual Mr. PVHS fun run but this year its for Talen Vaughn who happens to  live down the road from me :) Anyways, 2 mile warm up with JP and Stoner and felt kinda tight and wasn't sure about the run but it ended up being good! There were parts, like the grass, that took some energy from me and i wasn't sure if i was going to let the lady behind me pass me.. but i actually got competitive and didn't let her pass me! woo.. But there were a lot of parts where i felt super good and my legs didn't bug me! Actually kicked at the end and it felt great! I didn't feel the tiredness i have been with track work outs at all. Ended with a 20:06 and 10 seconds behind JP sooo going to be working on closing the gap. I thought I'd be tired today from all the workouts from this week but i feel great! Stretching and doing some core workouts cause it'd be a shame if i didn't do any work outs while i feel so good!
