After two days with out running I thought I would try to see if my shin felt any better. My friends had invited me to run Ben Lomond Peak (sorry for the spelling), but that would be about 41/2 hours and I just didn't think I wanted to push myself that much. So I ran the same path that I did last Thursday when I ran the trails at night. It was pretty nice. My shins didn't hurt the entire run... but started hurting when I was walking around a bit after. Hmmm wonder what is going on. I didn't time myself, but I figured I was at about 10 minute miles. 8 miles.
