am: This morning I gave running a shot to see how I feel to decide whether I am gonna race tomorrow or not. We started running on the grass around the baseball field which I really liked and felt great on but the other girls didn't like it and decided to finish the last couple miles doing the di loop. So I ran a shorter loop and finished with Chancie doing 2 miles. I felt so wonderful, Only a little pain...
pm: I ran 2 miles and my shin hurt for the first half but felt good after that. then I tried a couple 200's which my shin didn't like so much. stretched and rolled after.
I ran the most mileage I have for a week! And I am going to race tomorrow so I don't have any high expectations, I am just glad I get to run in it :) |
