First day back running!! Yesterday at my doctor appt. i was told i can start easing back into it and run 2-3 times each week. so on my non- running days i will be swimming/biking.
Today i ran 2 miles easy which actually pretty hard... but it was alright. Kids club was a blast! I am proud of my little sisters each doing great in their race and all the 5th and 6th grade boys :) Iced and stretched good after
