3x1000 (85%) w/recovery, Harts warm/cool. First time i have ran on the track since last track season! Felt sooo good! times were 4:18, 4:18, 4:07. Don't have an absolute time, First 2 i focused on staying with Liz and i did! On the last one i wanted to be more up with ali so i tried but last lap i fell off her a little bit still came in behind her! I was happy with how i did and hope to keep on improving my times as i am getting ready for track! Wieghts afterward.
