16 min WU 6 x 3 min @ 5K pace w/ 1 min recovery jogs 16 min CD I decided what the hell, I'll go out and run a VO2Max workout. I've been putting in plenty of moderate distance runs lately and I'm training for 5-10K distances. Time to actually run at race pace for a bit. The cool weather really helped. 83 degrees feels amazing next to 93-103. Seems August is a lot calmer than June or July around here. Allergies bothering me a bit but not too much. Need to order new Kinvaras. |
