| | Easy 7. I wanted to go farther but my legs are dead and my ankle joint on the top of my right foot is throbbing a little off and on...probably from overuse from running 21 miles in two days. That's a lot for me. I didn't reach my goal of 60 this week but clearly adding the tempos take more out of me. If I didn't take last Sunday off I would have made it. |
