12 min. w/u 30 min tempo @ 10 mile race pace 12 min cool down I went out today and ran my first workout of the season: 30 min. tempo. I'm not sure how far I went, but I know I went further than 5 miles on the tempo portion. It was humid but I felt much better since I quit taking my allergy meds and my allergies have only been a slight annoyance and nothing big. |
