Cold AF. 14 degrees. Never really felt good at all but got the work in. My left eyelashes kept freezing on the uphills and as my body shunted blood toward my working muscles my hands froze. Face was hurting despite a liberal application of vaseline. Anyway at least it wasn't windy.

Nice running schedule and mileage for 2017, surpassing both of them will be a challenge in 2018. Have you ever entertained your thoughts about doing “The Boston Marathon”!

Tom, thanks! I think I'm done with the marathon. I ran Boston in 2013 but there is nothing worse than training all winter just to have your race at Boston de-railed due to heat or wind. It's too unpredictable. I see that you've got quite the streak there!
