RHR - 49 Heart rate seems to be dropping satisfactorily. Ankle a little sore today - so have the brace on at work. I will bike for cardio today. Been working out hard and eating well and dropped 6 pounds this week (sure a lot of it was water weight). Yay - saw my name on the St. George Marathon list for a minute before it crashed the site! So - I went and signed up for the Pony Express Trail 100 - 50 Mile race. PM - 60 minutes hard on the stationary bike keeping my heart rate at a high aerobic rate. 50 minutes leg weight training. Another session of 20 second fitness. Stretching. I'm tired now!
