Braced up the ankle again. Walked 1/2 mile, alternated run/walk for another half mile, ran 1/2 mile, alternated run/walk for another half mile, ran 1/2 mile, walked 1/2 mile cooldown. It felt good to be running again. Went to the gym and did 40 minutes on the stationary bike. If I got my heart rate up too high, the thumb would start to throb (I sliced off a good chunk of my right thumb on Easter).
