Ended up working more than I wanted to do today and working out less than I wanted to to. AM - 65 minutes on the stationary bike. 35 minutes lower body weight training. Did some light weights for the hamstrings and calves. First time I've been able to do those since my injuries in 2009. Felt like progress (slow progress). Tonight - 50 minutes with the Wii Fit - mainly on Yoga and balance.
