treadmill again.  slower pace overall. stopped a lot to talk on the phone.  ran a record 64:00 minutes on the treadmill.  I jimmy rigged the boxes and hooked up the computer so I could get caught up in Downton Abbey.  My head kind of hurts bopping up and trying to watch TV.  Not sure I will do that again.  I can't wait for warmer weather!  Today was 3 degrees.

Hi Mary! Great job- This was so funny to read since I just barely finished a treadmill/ Downton run. They got me through it!
