I LOVE TAPPERING! I think I may have been a little too easy on myself today. 2 mile warm up. 6x400m hill repeats. I cut 3 of the repeats short to 200m. I didn't time my splits either. Oh well, it was GORGEOUS OUT and I could smell the fresh donuts from the cider mill!
