AM   18 miles on the stationary bike at home before going into town for my run.

   An easy 10.31 miles on a great morning for a run. Felt good after a couple days off - Freeman Park to Sunnyside loop + some.

PM   5 miles on the TM at the gym - 3 miles easy and 2 miles at MP 

 3.85 miles on the elliptical

          9 mile easy run this morning from the Greenbelt to Panchari and up to Bellin Rd. and  back and then ran SRL and back to the truck.

 Went to the gym this morning for an easy run, and ran beside Jeff and it was nice to catch up and chat with him.  6.50 miles

Started out at an easy run for the first 3 miles and moved into 30 sec. slower then MP to mile 14 and then ran the next 6 miles at MP. The last mile was a tough mile as I ran out of carbs but got it done. Glad I ran this on the TM as I know I would not have been able to get it all in if I was out side this morning in the cold and wind.
