AM   8 miles on a cool morning but no wind and a great sunrise, I had a hard time with my breathing for the first 3 miles this morning but it tamed down after that and things were good.  Pace was just over MP for most of the run.

This afternoon Jeff and Kami and I had an interview with News 6 and it will be aired today at 6 pm, it was fun
