AM   Slept in some and then headed to the gym for a long run.  I did a 20 mile hill run this morning going from random incline 0% to 4%, and at a steady 40 sec. under MP.

Wow, great run. I still can't believe you can crank out this type of mileage on the dreadmill, and at that pace.

Thanks Jeff, I had to focus alot on it but it was fun to do that workout. Just getting ready for all the rollers at Lost Dutchman Marathon.
