Personal:

Married to Elizabeth (she got me running in 2003). We have three boys, Lucas (12) , Sam (8) and Ollie (5).

Many years ago, I read that the AVERAGE male is capable of a 2:40 marathon.  I decided to test that theory.  I began running in 2003 with Top of Utah as my first marathon (4:24).  I need 3 more minutes.

7 x 200 at East High before the night snow.

Lunch run around Sugar House park.

Run  from house above Hogle Zoo then back home along Wasatch.

I took my two nephews to the track to play football while I ran 1000's.  After every lap that ask me if I was done (so I would play with them).  I got a 1 mile warm up and 7 x 1000 in before relenting to play QB.

Human Race 5K down in Draper with the family.

Tough speed work out at the Kerns Oval.  Warm up, cool down, 6x 60 meter strides and 12 x 200.  On about number 7 or 8 on the 200's I ran up on a guy doing mile tempos and we raced to the line.  He beat me, but then about puked (Tyler?).  It was fun, but I had 4-5 more to do.  I was done.
