Tough speed work out at the Kerns Oval. Warm up, cool down, 6x 60 meter strides and 12 x 200. On about number 7 or 8 on the 200's I ran up on a guy doing mile tempos and we raced to the line. He beat me, but then about puked (Tyler?). It was fun, but I had 4-5 more to do. I was done. |
