Felt pretty good this morning. Plan was to run with Jenny. Start out with her at least for the loop around the neighborhood, see how I felt and return home if there was any pain before heading out further into the next neighborhood. Felt good and headed out towards the golf course. It was a nice cool morning and was also nice since it is not so dark anymore with the time change. Jenny was doing 11 miles, so I headed home while she was doing one final loop (the opposite of our runs the past few weeks). I stretched out after the run, noticed a little bit of soreness that went away as I stretched more. Felt good that my leg was not hurting. Maybe I'll be ok? Later that morning while at work, noticed my leg hurting. It is a very low level pain. It's a very tolerable discomfort but one that I am not going to ignore. Made Dr. appointment but can't get into see her until next Wed. (11/11) because she is going out of town the end of this week. Going to rest a bit and then try some cross training if it doesn't hurt.
