| | I argued with myself from about 5:30 am until I finally got on the treadmill just before 9. What a bum! I watched the thermometer go from 0.0 to 0.4 to -0.6 to where it stands now a 6.4. It's a warming trend! I have started taking vitamin D. I think it is helping :) So here is what I did today :) Stretch, 1/4 mile walk, 1 ,mile run, stretch, 1 mile run, 1/4 mile walk, stretch, roll. I stretched mid run because I was getting bored. I really hate running on the treadmill. I am trying not to get excited, but my lower extremities are really behaving. My left ham is a very tiny bit whiny, so I am increasing the inline on the treadmill a bit and doing a few extra stretches. FYI- Dr Brady said that increasing the treadmill incline puts my stride a bit more on my toes and relieves some tension on the hams.

| | Self imposed day of rest. Next week I get to run everyday :) Just two miles, but EVERY day :) I ate too much pizza at the kindergarten luau today :( but, I did finish These Is My Words today. It is by Nancy Turner and I really liked it. It ended a bit abruptly and sadly, but the book was good and I recommend it.

| | Woke up at 5am. It took until about 8:30 for me to be brave enough to get out of my WARM bed :) I am such a time waster! I wanted to get up and do yoga this morning, but I was having such a nice quite time alone in my warm bed, that I just stayed there FOREVER!
1/2 mile walk warm-up. Stretch. 2 mile run (12 mm). 1/4 mile cool down. Stretch. Roll. Freeze while I blog. Shower. I scraped last night. I have to do that every night.
