Goal Type:

Boston Qualifier

Running Accomplishments:

Marathon PR: 3:38 (2006 St. George); 3:40 (2007 St. George)

1/2 Marathon PR: 1:42 (2006 Hobble Creek)

Short-Term Running Goals:

My goal for 2008 is to run a 3:30 marathon in St. George.  It seems to be a little bit impossible to reach, but will give it a try.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Currently, I don't have one.

I have been married for 17 years;  have two awesome kids (10, 12); Graduated at the U of U with BS and MBA; working full-time as Int'l Finance Mgr for USANA.  I just started to run 6-7 years ago, very liking it.  I'm not a fast runner, but would like to improve it every year.   Currently, I have an opportunity to run and train the good group of runners and a dedicated Coach.

Wow! 64 laps is way more swimming than I could ever do. Nice job!

Thanks...I just started to swim 4 months ago. Never swim in my entire life, took lesson at the U, and now I'm ready for the Spudman Triathlon race in 4 weeks.

Still love running very much, won't trade it for anything.

That is impressive. Good luck with your triathlon race.
